Mobile pre-chat form

  • Hello there – apologies for another topic, but separate issue to the first. I’ve setup the widget to request name, email and question before initiating the chat session, however I notice on mobile the form doesn’t appear. It allows the visitor to skip straight to the chat, which is not ideal. Can you let us know how to ensure the form shows up on mobile please.

    That definitely shouldn’t be the case.

    Do you have a trigger that is firing before the user has time to fill out the form by any chance?

    Hi,

    I am having the exact same issue as John. The only trigger that I have is an automated message when someone engages a chat but that’s all and it works fine in desktop.

    Please advise.
