I am not a techie, but I need anyone’s help! I have a Facebook page and a website. The guy who maintains my web site recently installed a cache and when he did it, it affected the way the posts display on mobile phones. The posts come up as half size (vertical) and pull to the left side of the screen, instead of displaying fully across the screen. I have received reports of the posts not displaying correctly on both iPhones and all app phones. The web guy removed the cache, but the posts still continue to not display properly. He is now clueless as to how to fix it.

Does anyone have any idea what is causing this and how we can get it back to normal? Your help is greatly appreciated!

I am having a similar problem, which I am pretty sure just started when I graded to WordPress 4.1.1.

I am running a multisite network, currently with 27 sites, all running a custom child theme of TwentyThirteen. I have just discovered that most of the sites are not displaying properly on mobile devices (so far have seen the issue on an iPhone5s, Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and iPad mini). The display on these devices is as diamondsammy12 describes above: the posts page (the site home page) comes up a lot smaller than full width and pulled to the left. This looks to me like an issue with the responsive design. Here’s one that is having this mobile device display issue:

There were 2 sites on the network that do display fine on the mobile devices. Here’s one of them: https://blogs.duanemorris.com/gaminglaw/
After looking at every site, I have found that the common denominator on the sites that are having the display problem is that at least one of the posts on the page (site is set to display 10 posts per page) is using the More tag. And it seems like the more posts that use the More tag, the smaller the page displays. The 2 sites that display fine do not have any More tags in the first 10 posts. There was one site which had the display problem which only had one post with the More tag, so I took it out. That fixed the display problem, so I am pretty sure that it is the More tag that causes the problem.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
