Mobile Plugin that allows you to select which posts are displayed on front page?

Every mobile plugin I’ve found only displays the most recent posts on the homepage. I have my website set to display only posts from a certain category on the front page and would like the mobile version of my site to do the same. I can’t find any plugins that have the option to select only a certain category on the front page. Anybody know of one or a way to edit one to make it do this?
