Mobile phone view looks bad

Hi all!

I have a problem with the way my mobile pages are showing up. In Elementor’s mobile view, I design the page and it looks fine （see screenshot: https://ibb.co/pfsyGDL and

However, when I open the page on any mobile phone (using safari or chrome browser）, the page looks all wrong (see screenshot https://ibb.co/7R4zDzP and https://ibb.co/99qD6Mh). Admittedly, I did use quite alot of custom positioning and custom width, but I need to keep using these because the default positioning/width looks even more awful. I’m also using a quiz plugin inside my elementor, and for some reason, the css of the “start” button of the quiz also looks different when the page is opened on a mobile.
