Mobile phone compatibility

Hello guys

I’ve finished this website, but I am a total noob.
For computer view, all content appears like I want to.
Apparently, for tablet/phone view, some content (mainly tables and tabs) is cut, and the page doesn’t let the viewer scroll laterally.

As I said, I am a total noob. The website was half done when they asked me to start introducing content… so any deep programming or alterations, I won’t probably be able to do them.
