Mobile Paypal (Live and Sandbox) issue

    every time we do an order using smart phone we get this issue, the Thank you page is giving not information:
    “Save the information below for your records.

    Total payment: $0.00
    Transaction number:

    If you have any question about your order please contact us at: XXXXX”

    Note: we are using Image Store v3.4.9 and we tried to reach you over your official support forum but we were unable to get the activation code.
