    This message only appears on mobile in sandbox environment:
    “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangments.”

    I need to make sure that I can process payments via mobile before pushing live. I’ve checked that the SSL certificates are enabled and checkout is working on desktop.

    Any help is much appreciated!

    We have tested the scenario on our staging environment and payments are processing via mobile perfectly please have a look at the screenshots shared below also please share the screenshots of the settings you have made also it would be great if you can share a screencast video so we can look into the issues for you.

    Since that is a standard WooCommerce error message, the problem is likely to be a setting in WooCommerce, not in WooSquare itself. Could try modifying the setting in WooCommerce for “Default Customer Location”. I was getting that error message, and got rid of it by changing this setting. Also may need to define a shipping zone for “Locations not covered by your other zones” in WooCommerce, which WooCommerce will use if it can’t automatically detect the user’s location.
