mobile page wont load unless you touch screen

    First of all i have to say i was thrilled to finally find such an awesome plug in that fixes so many of my issues in one easy step. My mobile score jumped from 30 up to 85! AMAZING!! However the plugin has now caused another pretty major problem. My mobile screen stays black and won’t load at all unless you actually touch the screen first. Im sure this is going to lead to a huge bounce rate. Im really really hoping this is something that can be fixed. I don’t want to have to uninstall your plug in and start searching for a replacement when ive finally found one i like. Any advice?

    Thank you for your reply. I sent the contact form to your tech team immediately after your messaged me. I haven’t heard anything back from them. How long does it typically take for a response? I’ve had months and months of problems and down time with my site. (nothing to do with you guys) But it’s my only source of income so i desperately need to get it active and functioning well again asap….. Any help at all would be much appreciated.
