Mobile optin Get Response bug

    Hi there,

    I have a problem with the mobile version of the get response optin plugin. The pop up appears but only half of it. When I try to scroll down this is impossible. In this way people are not able to fill in the fields and the pop up is useless. On desktop it seems to work just fine. Can you help me? Thanks!

    Sorry we did not respond sooner.

    This is likely because we have not designed our forms for smaller devices. You actually do not want to be using popups on mobile devices as this will harm your Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

    Because of this, we do not recommend using pop-up style forms on mobile devices, and we have not optimized these forms for this. You will want to change your forms settings to “Desktop only”, or will want to edit it’s size to be smaller (that is still not recommended though).

    We do offer some types of forms that are specifically designed for mobile devices in our premium versions. Those are detailed in the article I have linked you. Otherwise your best solution will be to create one form for desktop only, and another much smaller from for mobile only.
