• I’m creating a website that is mainly a portfolio but also has a webstore.

In the shop on the desktop version, I have a sidebar that links to different product categories, the cart & checkout. I don’t like how this looks on mobile, so I have it disabled. This leaves me with the issue of currently having no way to navigate the store on mobile.

I like how things are set up on the desktop version, so I really don’t want to add anything to those menus. Is there a way for me to create a second menu that will *only* show up in the webstore on mobile?

I’m open to other suggestions, but so far having the sidebar on mobile looks awful. Adding a second menu in Elementor didn’t look very good either and like I said, I don’t want to add all the categories to the primary menu or change anything that would affect my desktop version.

I’m using Elementor Pro, Astra Pro, WooCommerce and WP 5.1.1
Any help and suggestions are appreciated! Thanks ??

  • Hi,
If you are using a responsive theme for your website then there should be an option in your theme to make a menu for small screen devices. Check the Theme Costomizer options.

Yes, Elementor does allow for mobile-only menus, but I was looking for other options because I’m not happy with how those look.

I really like how this website is mobile responsive and has the “filter by” and “sort by” options at the bottom. https://prints.irisscottfineart.com/collections/all
