Hi! Im struggling with this issue, I have cleared the cache on LEAP and on my devices. However whenever I load an article page on my site, the ads are loading… but appears as white spaces only.

They often show as broken images (see the bottom of the page for an example)

    I have tried the following:

    1. Cleared cache on phone
    2. Cleared cache on Ezoic LEAP
    3. Verified that everything is set up correctly – DNS, Google Ads, etc.
    4. Reviewed this page and attempted solutions where applicable – https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/why-arent-ads-showing-up-on-my-site

I am unsure what else I can do on my end to fix this issue, do you have any advice or considerations for me to consider?

    Hi Adam,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I checked back your page using the mobile view of the Chrome developer console as well as my smartphone with the Safari browser. The ads are all loading. I only noticed a moment where the page is already showing, and the ads need a second more to load. Through Ezoic I would consider this the normal awaited behavior.

You can always check if the ad code itself is present on the page and failed to load its content or if the ad does not load completely. I also recommend testing your placements and your ads separately also without Advanced Ads.

Please provide additional information on how to reproduce the reported behavior, and I am happy to look into this again.

    Best regards,
    Henning
