Mobile offset not working as expected

I am getting different results on mobile and desktop and cannot figure out which offset settings to use.

I have tried integers and the classes for both menus (.fixed-menu, .mobile-justify).

It works pretty well desktop, but doesn’t stop correctly on mobile.
