Mobile not updating

I inserted the slider into my website when I 1st downloaded it to see if it worked how I was hoping it worked. I then customized the slider and moved it to the bottom of my page.

When I look at my website on mobile, it shows the original slider in its original position without the customizations. I think it is a caching issue. But I am not sure.

Any thoughts on why this is happening. And how to fix it.
