Mobile not tap/click able (can't click or tap on mobile version)

I’m very new to wordpress, so I don’t even know the version. But it’s the newest. I’m not very good with technology, but i admire those who are.

I have a problem and don’t know if it’s a general question or particular to my theme/template. I have spent hours looking for information on the web, and can’t find anything like this problem, or else I’m just not using the right terminology. I hope someone can advise me.

*Here’s the problem:
My website seems perfect on the actual computer. It looks and functions great. On the mobile version it also looks perfect, and mostly performs well, except a few, but very important buttons will not click, like the “proceed to checkout” button. There are a few other buttons and links on the mobile version which have the same problems, but most of the buttons work fine. I can’t understand why some buttons work well and others don’t.

*Problem 2:
Similar to problem 1. I have three forms by Contact Form 7, which function perfectly on the computer version. But on the mobile version I can’t click them to enter any information in the fields. They just behave like an image (on mobile only).

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing these issues? If so, is there a simple solution? I get nervous even thinking about messing around with codes, because I don’t want to accidentally mess something else up.
