Mobile Not Showing Results

    Hey guys,

    The search function on this page (https://thebetternutritionprogram.com/nutrition-shop/) seems to only work on desktop. For example if you search “digestion” on desktop the ajax search will return three products. This is what it should do. However, on mobile if you search “digestion” no results are returned.

    Note: I am using the Synonym feature for this search (which is working properly on desktop) but seems not to work on mobile.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is currently effecting all mobile users. Thank you!

    I could confirm the issue on your shared site.

    Could you please clearing and temporarily deactivating the cache plugin that you are using on your website?

    Also, please makes sure that you are using the latest version of the plugin.

    This site is hosted with WP Engine (which caching has caused issues with other plugins in the past). Is there a known issue between this plugin and WP Engine? I’ve excluded cache entirely on these pages but the issue still persists.

    There is no known issue.

    Instead of excluding the specific pages, could you please temporarily deactivate the whole cache on your website to confirm whether this is a cache issue?
