Mobile not responding

    Hello,

    just started using this plugin for the first time and it seems to be great.

    However, on mobile it seems to not want to run.

    i have installed from wordpress twice. downloaded, uploaded and unzipped the folder too and it still wont work.

    any suggestions?

    and yes i am using the right shortcode.
