Mobile Not displaying properly.

    Hi all, My site eatingdisorderstreatmentreviews.org is not displaying properly in mobile. It used to be fine and I’m not sure what happened. I’m using the customizr free theme. Any ideas?

    Theres no way to add screenshots here but if you use a phone you’ll see it pretty easily. Its the header & it’s across platforms and plugins disabled did not make a difference.

    the header is off, the colors are black/blue and my header image is missing. it used to look exactly like the site.

    Someone else helped, it was a jetpack issue. Thanks you anyway ??

    Hi @edtxreviews, would you mind letting us know the name of the Jetpack module / addon that was conflicting with the theme ?
    This might probably help other users using the same Jetpack module the with Customizr theme.

    I think it was the mobile theme, I can’t be sure because I disabled a bunch of them at once but I can tell you which ones aren’t a problem!

    The ones I turned off are:
    Site Stats
    Single Sign On
    Sharing
    Publicize
    Mobile Theme
    Manage
    Gravatar Hovercards
    Beautiful Math

    I’m using, wtihout a problem
    Contact Form
    Custom CSS
    Custom Content Types
    Shortcode Embeds
    Site Verification
    VideoPress
    Widget Visibility

    The ones not on this list were never active so unlikley to be the conflict. Hope that helps.

    Most likely the jetpack mobile theme module (minieleven – which has a blue header / main text in black). Of course isn’t a compatibility issue, unless we want to consider that Customizr should prevent it by default ??
