mobile – no scroll on google browsers

  • I added this plugin, which works like a charm.

    However the scrolling function seems to be lost in mobile chrome based browsers. Upon scrolling the screen only changes by one tick.
    The responsive view chrome confirms this problem.

    Any ideas on the causes and fixes for this problem ?
