Hi, because it’s a new project, I recommend start using new advanced version of the theme:

In terms of menu problems, please see:

I followed your suggestions but unfortunately I could not fix the mobile menu issue (nothing happens when the menu is clicked on mobile device). Issue wasn’t resolved even after all the installed plugins were deactivated.

In addition, how can I upgrade the theme (Tiny Forge) to the advanced version after logging in to my wordpress?

I really do appreciate your support and you shall be rewarded. Thank you as I await your response.

Do you host with WP Engine or other hosting provider that does caching?

The reason behind menu not working means that JavaScript file most likely were minified and compressed, sometime this process makes changes to the code, so it stops working.

If you have caching plugin, it may not be sufficient to disable it, it is better to disable JavaScript concatenation and/or minification.

Once again I appreciate your prompt response despite your tight schedule and limited time. You are indeed the best!

I host with WP Engine (Go daddy).
How do I disable the JavaScript concatenation and minification after I have I disabled all the plugins? I am sorry I’m still a begineer in the world of coding.

Thank you very much for your time, while I look forward to your reply.

I would say the easiest way is to write to the support of your hosting. Ask how to disable/adjust cashing so it would not affect JavaScript files.

Let’s see what they will respond.

New theme should go live in several days. I will provide you the link.
