Mobile Navigation Drop-Downs

Good morning developers,
I have built a HTML/CSS theme from scratch and I’m having issues with the mobile navigation.
I have a separate section for the nav at Mobile and Desktop size in my markup.
Mobile:

https://i67.tinypic.com/j9lv7o.pngThe issue is… When I click the parent button (Products, About us, Contact) nothing happens. I would like the drop-downs to toggle. Also, this is affecting both my Mobile and Desktop navigation.
