Mobile Nav Select Menu Showing in IE Desktop

    When I updated this theme to Version 1.9.9.5, I see the mobile Nav Select Menu showing to the right of my navigation menu. This only occurs in IE. I tested with Safari,Firefox and Chrome (Windows and Mac)and it does not appear.
