Mobile Menus Different Than in Appearance

    While it is correct in Appearance/Menus (mobile view), when I look at it on my iPhone the Menu at the bottom has many pages that are not supposed to be in the Menus, which were not added via Appearance/Menus. How do I get mobile to reflect the Menu properly? Theme is Twenty Sixteen. Thank you.

  • It looks to me like the menu chosen for the top is also output in the footer, and is hidden unless the window is narrow.
