Mobile Menu shows only one bar

Hi, On my ipad, the mobile menu was showing up ok (3 bars). I just noticed that it is now one bar, and the two lower ones are covered up. If I tap the one bar, it shows the menu choices, and the X is mostly hidden behind the menu choices. I don’t know at what point this happened, or what setting or plugin may be affecting it. I did install the Hash Link Scroll Offset per another thread on your site to fix the link anchors not working, but I temporarily deactivated it, and it didn’t fix the menu. On my PC if I make the window smaller, the 3 bars show up ok. I am using the Primary Menu, and Responsive menu, if that helps. Thanks!
