Mobile Menu Problem

  • Perhaps someone can help? I have created my first website. Yes, newbie over here. Desktop and tablet versions are good but for some reason on mobile the menu bar displays open vertically nearly covering the entire screen. The mobile menu ‘hamburger” is not working even though I can see it there.
    Theme: BULK 9 (not pro)
    Page attributes: model: tempate standard

    this menu is part of the template so I have not changed padding, etc. as I have not seen where to do this.
    IT DOES APPEAR perfect on some mobile devices, depending on browser. Any way to resolve for a perfect appearance on all mobile devices??
