On this site (https://www.college-butler.com.php72-28.phx1-2.websitetestlink.com/) I’ve set the menu and header twice on each page. Once for desktop and once for mobile. And I want hamburgers on desktop always. All good! However, ONLY IN MOBILE, the navigation will not respond. I’ve tried a million things between Max and WordPress. I will say that in Max > Menu Locations > Advanced Tab > I played with Active Menu Instance and it does get it working, however it is no longer hamburger and looks and acts different on any page besides the home page. The only other page I tried the same thing on is the Arcadia page. SO confused this time around with Max.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

    Please follow these instructions:

    https://www.megamenu.com/documentation/divi-4/

It looks like you need to edit your mobile header, remove the menu block and replace it with a code block (containing the max_mega_menu shortcode).

Thanks for making me start over. All is working so much better with the shortcode. However, it introduces a new issue. I cannot resize the panel or drop down menu. Reading the documentation, I believe I have to change the Panel size under the Mega Menus tab. I’ve tried #content and body as both inner and outer widths. Nothing changes. I’ve tried pixels and percentages instead. No changes at all. I also want to add padding-top to push the panel down a bit when it open rather than being snug to the top of the window. Nothing I do changes anything. Any ideas?

    Hi dakattack,

The settings you’ve mentioned apply only to the desktop menu, but remember on your site you are always displaying the mobile menu. If you go to the Mobile Menu tab in the theme editor, you should see an Off Canvas Width option where you can increase the width, and also the Menu Padding option where you can add some top padding to bring the items down a bit.

    Regards,
    Tom

Not sure why I couldn’t figure that out. Thanks once again Tom.
