Mobile Menu Opens When Tapping Anywhere on the Header Instead of Only the Toggle

  • Hello,

    I’m using Max Mega Menu and I have a fixed header on mobile. My setup includes:

    • A logo on the left (which links to the homepage).
    • A hamburger menu on the right.
    • The menu is sticky (fixed at the top of the screen).

    The issue I’m facing is that tapping anywhere in the middle of the header (even where there’s no menu item) opens the mobile menu. I want the menu to open only when the hamburger toggle button is clicked.

    I’ve checked the settings but couldn’t find an option to disable this behavior. Could you guide me on how to fix it?

    Hi,

    Please go to Mega Menu > Menu Themes > Custom Styling and add the following:

    #{$wrap} .mega-menu-toggle {
        pointer-events: none;
    }
    #{$wrap} .mega-menu-toggle .mega-toggle-block {
        pointer-events: auto;
    }
