    I just noticed that the mobile menu on the ipad no longer shows the 3 lines, but just a box instead. I checked Safari, Edge, Chrome, and Firefox and they all show the same. Also, on my desktop, if I re-size the window down, it shows a code (F0C4??) rather than the “hamburger” menu.

    Wordpress 5.2.1, Ultra 1.3.6

    Thanks.

    Thanks again. It showed up on another site also, but the down-arrows used to indicate sub-menu items displayed as boxes/codes.

    All 3 sites have Ultra, but at the time I built them, I used Beaver Builder instead of SiteOrigin. The others that I use SiteOrigin on do not. I’m guessing there is some correlation.

    Anyway, as always, thank you!

    Hi Terry ??

    The root issue is that something is causing the theme’s Font Awesome file to not be loaded. It’s really tough to speculate what the issue or conflict might be. If you have a moment, temporarily deactivate all plugins, you should then find a working baseline and can test from there. Alternatively, you could manually load the Font Awesome file with the function we used at the weekend.

    Yes, I fixed it with your function, sorry, I thought I had written that.

    Thanks for the update. Glad to hear all is ok. I’ll try to do some local testing. On the site that I looked at, it appeared Beaver was perhaps removing the older version (4.x.x) of Font Awesome. If I find anything, I’ll be sure to reach out.

    I have a test site with Ultra, so I can test it on there, too. I’ll let you know if I figure it out.

    I added the Beaver Builder (Lite) plugin to a test site using Ultra, and the problem appeared.

    I had put in snippets the code you had given me for disabling the SiteOrigin page builder tab on the edit menu: define( ‘SITEORIGIN_PANELS_VERSION’ , ‘1.0’ );

    Does that need to change at all when Ultra is updated, or can I leave that same code there “forever”?

    Thanks, I’ll take a look at how the problem might be resolved.

    That can stay the same.
