Mobile menu not working on certain pages

    Hi, I need help with my website. Sorry for the long one, I want to provide as much info as possible. I’m running Flatsome theme, and as of yesterday, I have the issue of my website’s mobile menu not opening up or working on specific category pages, but it opens up on others. If the mobile menu doesn’t open up, I can either tap the logo to go back to home, or tap a product, and can access the mobile menu from home or the product.

    I haven’t added any new plugins or made any major changes, except I just migrated to a VPS. Had an issue where one tapping one of the product categories led to a “error establishing connection to database” notice, which went away after I purged the cache.

    Clearing all cache makes the mobile menu work on all pages temporarily, but then after some time it stops working again (until I clear all cache again).

    I’ve had this issue before, but only the mobile menu didn’t work when on the homepage, which started working again when I excluded the homepage from the cache.

    However, since this is now happening to specific category pages instead, I’m at a loss as to what to do. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

    Hey @hookclothing,

    From what you have described, it is very clear that the problem is related to the cache and not with WooCommerce itself. If you are using a 3rd-party caching plugin then I suggest reaching out to the plugin developer for further assistance. If your site uses server-side cache then kindly contact your hosting service provider.
