I have the same problem
The mobile menu on mobile devices is not working in woocommerce category page but working in the product level and only adds a “/#” to the end of the url
I using Elementor Pro

I have also:

-Disabled all plugins to check for compatibility issues. None.
-Theme Panel -> Save Changes and then remove the oceanwp folder from wp-content/uploads. No fix.
