Mobile Menu Not Working

    Like many others, the mobile menu on mobile devices is not working and only adds a “/#” to the end of the url. I have gone through this support forum and implemented all of the suggested fixes and none have worked.

    I have also:

    -Disabled all plugins to check for compatibility issues. None.
    -Theme Panel -> Save Changes and then remove the oceanwp folder from wp-content/uploads. No fix.

    What’s the fix for this issue?

    Hello, on what device do you have this problem? Because I tried on Chrome there is nothing wrong.

    My apologies for my previous post. I am using an iOS device, but it appeared that JavaScript was turned off under my Safari settings. I turned it back on and everything is working.

    Keep up the great work on the theme!

    Hi, problem solved ??
    It was because of a plugin conflict.
