Mobile Menu Not Working

    Hi, I am using Simple Menu widget to show a menu on a website. The menu works perfectly on Laptop but when I open the website on Mobile, there is no menu. Kindly guide how to fix that.

    Regarding your query, I have checked the URL you shared and it seems the EA Simple Menu is working fine. For reference please check this screencast – https://d.pr/v/wv86wR

    As our EA Simple Menu is mobile responsive, it shows in a burger menu icon in mobile so that it looks good.

    The menu on the mobile front end is not a Simple Menu. As the simple menu was not working, I hide it in mobile devices using elementor responsive settings.

    And for mobile devices, I use another widget by another tool.

    If I use Simple Menu Widget is shows nothing.

    Regarding your query, I checked your URL again and hide the another plugin mobile menu and enabled the EA Simple Menu for mobile and it works fine for mobile. For reference please check this screencast – https://d.pr/v/rxigk1

    I would like to suggest you to remove the another plugin mobile menu and enable the EA Simple Menu for all devices from responsive settings and check. Hope this will work for you.

    Hi, Thank you for the guidance.

    I have watched your video and then shown the widget through Elementor responsive settings but still, I can not see it.

    The menu shows when I minimize the screen on Laptop but not actually on the mobile device.

    I have currently hide the other menu and enable the Simple Menu Widget so you can check please.

    I would like to suggest you to check with another mobile and let me know how it goes. If this only doesn’t work with your phone then it may be a caching issue and try to clear your mobile browser cache and check again.

    Hi, Thanks for guiding me in detail. I have checked it on another mobile and and also on same mobile with an another browser and it is working.

    But I do not understand why it is not showing on chrome on my mobile even I cleared the cache.
