Mobile Menu not working

    The mobile menu isn’t working on my site. When I tap the hamburger icon nothing happens. When I deactivate elementor the menu works but the rest of the site is broken because it’s been created in elementor.
    I’ve tested the site with other plugins removed but the conflict appears to be with elementor. When I look at the code using the inspector it is greyed out for the menu when it is in mobile mode.

  • Since the menu is created by your theme, please see if your theme’s support has any suggestions as well. They may already know of a solution or workaround. In the meantime, I will continue to see if I can help, but while I’m investigating, they may already have a solution that I’m unaware of.

    Why has this been marked as resolved? There has not been a fix. I have since discovered that there is an error message stating “ReferenceError: elementor is not defined”
    Is this anything to do with this problem?

    Same issue here. I use Ocean WP theme with Elementor. I have written to both forums, but haven’t had any useful suggestions yet.

    Fixed.
    I found that menu worked fine when I created a new page so thanks to some advice on the OceansWP thread I duplicated the home page and took things out until I found the problem. It was a text box that had code sitting behind it that was messing everything up. Don’t know how the code got there but once I retyped the text box it worked great.
    Hope this helps someone else with this issue.
