Mobile menu not showing when I click on the hamburger menu

Hello all,

I just noticed that the main menu on my site does not appear on mobile when I click on the hamburger menu (there is a secondary menu at the very top that is appearing: Calendar, Shop, Donate, etc.). the site shifts to the left as usual but the menu does not show up on the dark blue background as usual. I clicked around to see if it’s there but not visible but it’s not.

I checked my menus in the theme and everything looks fine. I haven’t changed anything other than adding one link under Education. I added it to both menus. To try and see if it helped, I updated to the latest version of WP (5.2.2) and latest update of Rosie theme 3.9. I also updated all my plugins. I haven’t added any new plugins so can’t see why there would be a problem there. I did try disabling some with no difference. I’m afraid to break the site by disabling some of the more powerful ones but they’ve been around since the beginning so can’t think they’re involved.

I’ve tried looking at the code and see this:

I read up on the javascript void but I think that just stops the page from refreshing. Could it have anything to do with it?
