mobile menu not responsive

Hi,
The mobile menu recently stopped working on the homepage of the website, but works on other pages.

I found the following code which indicates the problem might be related to a conflict with BB,

The site was developed by someone else and I have been trying to sort the problem, but am unfamiliar with Beaver Builder. As well the original site builder used Elementor and Beaver Builder to create different sections of the site, so am hesitant to turn off either plugin in case something breaks. I have turned off other plugins not related to Beaver or Elementor and have had no change. I cannot access Beaver Builder pro support as the person appears to have not made an account for the site although they have installed the Pro version
