Mobile Menu Not Opening When Using Mobile or Tablet Devices

Hello Everyone,

My header menu hardly works when using a mobile or tablet device. The menu sometimes opens on the home page, but other times it does not. This inconsistency applies similar to all other pages on my website. The menu only opens 20% of the time, and the rest when clicked on it does not. This is very weird, as the menu can still open when the toggle button is clicked on but hardly ever does and it’s very inconsistent unlike other threads I’ve read where the menu appears completely broken.

Things I have tried to fix the issue:

1. Added an ‘Off-Canvas Menu” element to the Off Canvas section and Toggle Button
2. Disbaled all plugins installed on my site and reactivaitng them one by one till the issure was resolve dusing a ‘staging site’ environment. This did not fix the issue
3. Reset Browser, Litespeed and CDN cache.
4. Opened the webiste in Incognito mode and asked my friends to open the webpage and they had the same inconsistent menu issue.

Could this be a Java script or HTML issue? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
