Mobile menu not collapsing to one column

  • Hi there,

    I’m trying to get the menu to collapse into one column on mobile devices. Can you help please? I’ve tried ticking the collapse into one column option but that isn’t working.

    Hi Kieran,

    I check the free support forums every morning (weekdays).

    Please double check your custom CSS, where you have used “display: flex”. If you remove that you should find the columns stack correctly. To fix it you should wrap your custom CSS in a media query so that it only applies to wider screens.
