Mobile Menu Items do not show (menu is blank)

I can’t seem to get the menu items to show on tablet or mobile. The background dropdown comes up with the X to exit, but there are no items in the menu. I’ve tried changing every color I can find to change and nothing works. Desktop nav is fine. Tablet and mobile drops down a black background with no menu items.
