Mobile Menu Issues and Screen getting cut off

Hello All,

First post here and I am really hoping someone can help because I’ve racked my brain and cannot fix this alone. I am having two issues

1) Proper Mobile Scaling
iPhone 6 plus and larger android devices I am not having an issue with. It’s when my website is accessed from smaller devices like the popular iPhone 5 my website will get cut off to the right of the screen. The larger the screen the better the display and it is not until you get to the screen size of the iPhone 6 Plus where there isn’t an issue at all.

2) Mobile Menu not clickable (touchable)
My mobile menu will not open up the menu unless it’s clicked all the way to the left of the screen. the icon itself is not responsive. When I do click the icon the page reloads to the home page.

As far as plugins go I only have installed what the developer of the theme (tesseract) has recommended and have installed absolutely no header plugins so everything is “stock”.
