    Dear Blossom Theme,

    I tried to make the theme update to 1.0.7 but had to rollback to version 1.0.6.
    The mobile menu did not work anymore.

    In the mobile menu button, the three lines have been gone and when I clicked on it, nothing happened, mobile menu has not been shown. Can I get some information on what has been changed in the new version, so I can find out what is going on?

    And another issue: In the version 1.0.6 the mobile menu closing toggle does not show up on Iphone. It is working in Firefox…

    Thanks

  • Hi @philwied,

    In version 1.0.7, below are the changes done:
    * Fixed: accessibility design issue
    * Fixed: aria-label translation issue

    Can you please provide your website URL so that we can inspect the issue?

    Also, to ensure that whether the issue only occur on your end or not, you can check in the theme demo as well.

    Hi,

    The site is online and representing a company, so I do not want to change to version 1.0.7 again, where these problems occur.

    But… I checked your demo of blossom travel on theme website with Iphone and the same problems occur. So it seems to be a major issue with your update.

    Hi @philwied,

    We checked the demo as well as on our local setup, the menu issue doesn’t exist. We tested the latest version 1.0.7 on iPhone 8 Plus.

    Maybe it might be showing on your end due to the cache. Please clear your browser cache and website cache.

    Further, to inspect the issue, please share your website URL.

    You can also contact our expert support team here.

    Hi!
    Thank you for checking.
    I cleared safari browser cache and tested the demo on blossom website again with iphone. Still the same. The same happens when I update my own site.
    I tested with iphone 6s latest ios, everything updated.

    Maybe you can check this issue once again. There must be a problem with the theme or the latest update! I will contact expert support and will send screenshots.

    Hi!
    I contacted the expert support and I am waiting for response now.

    I checked once again: Menu closing toggle is working now on version 1.0.6.
    But the major issue in version 1.0.7 is still there. Mobile Menu does not open at all when testing with iphone 6s. As I already said, this is also happening on your Demo site.

    Regards

    Hi @philwied,

    We don’t have iPhone 6s to test the issue. Our team will look into the issue.
