    Hi Guys,

We are struggling to implement the Menu on mobile.

The 3-Column Sub menu appears correctly on desktop, however, when we test it on mobile we see blank spaces randomly when it breaks down to 2 column.

We were not seeing any ways to adjust this in the settings, so any insight into how to address that error, or how to turn the menu off for mobile would be much appreciated.

    Thanks,

    -Simon

    Simon,

I ended up fixing it by using the plugin “WP Mobile Plugin” and using the Flyout submenu display mode.

    Hi Simon,

You can effectively disable the mobile menu by setting the Responsive Breakpoint to 0px (so it never converts into the mobile format).

There is also a “Mega Menu Columns” option in the theme editor (mobile tab) which will let you set it to 1 column. The reason it drops down to 2 (or 1) columns on mobiles is because there will usually not be enough width on the mobile menu to effectively display up to 9 columns of content on a single row.

    Regards,
    Tom
