Mobile Menu is not showing, expands under the header

Hi Community,
On my website the mobile menu is not showing. When I brows from computer selecting the mobile view, it works fine. When I browse from my mobile it takes space but doesn’t show anything. Sometimes when I reload the page the header color changes to white and the menu automatically expands. You can check the problematic website. https://www.hqdeurope.com/en/start/
Do you understand this problem? and can you please suggest me an effective solution? like some css code.
Oh, one other thing is we don’t use any custom global headers and click on the menu button after “accept cookies”. Because before accepting cookies, it works fine.
