Mobile Menu icons not working

  • Hello Support Team,

    I already have done so much research in your previous support questions but couldn’t find any so that’s why I need your help in this.

    I face issues in the mobile menu’s icon. If I am logged in WordPress admin then I can see the mobile menu icons (https://prntscr.com/qp0pvh) and if I am not logged in the admin panel I cannot see the icons (https://prntscr.com/qp0q3g).

    Can you help me ASAP. Since it’s live website.

    Hi Manan,

    Thanks for posting a link.

    It is because your site is not loading Dashicons. This is usually due to a performance/optimisation plugin. Can you check through the options for any optimisation plugins you might have installed and make sure any “Disable dashicons” options are unchecked? (i.e. you want dashicons to be loaded)

    Maybe you’re right but today morning I transferred to development server without any caching plugin but still, I cannot sew dashicons.

    From where I can check this “make sure any “Disable dashicons” options are unchecked?”?

    Hi Manan,

    That option could be in any number of Optimisation plugins.

    Can you try with all plugins disabled apart from Max Mega Menu to see if the Dashicons start working?
