Mobile Menu Expands Too Big

Yesterday my WordPress site began acting buggy. The grid media display won’t load and I can no longer search for themes through the “Add Themes” menu. The most glaring problem has to do with the mobile menu though. It now expands way too big. I’ve turned off all of my plugins with no success and switched back to the parent theme from my child theme with no success. Any suggestions?
