Mobile Menu disappearing

  • Hi:

    The mobile menu (hamburger) from my theme (Kause by Theme Canon) has disappeared. A few days ago (about a week) the menu was working and available on the website. I have made several tests on the website and today found out that when I disable the plugin (Themify builder plugin) the mobile menu re-appears. So, since I really like this builder, and I have recently re-designed the website, I would really like a solution for this. As you can imagine, it would be very frustrating to have to configure and design it all again, after several weeks of work.

    I really hope you can help and bring me a solution for this, since the developer for my current theme is MIA.

    Hi Alondra,

    I can’t see any mobile menu activation on your site, it seems to be a theme-related issue, could you contact your Theme’s developers and let them know about this issue?
