• I recently updated to the latest version of wordpress 5.7.2 and I’m running the Avada theme.

When I did this I can no longer see the menu on mobile. It shows on desktop only.

I get an error that it is asking me to install the revolution slider plugin, but when I hit install it is already there so it can’t do this.

Can anyone help with some insights on how I get my mobile menu back? Thank you for your support

    Mobile compatibility is theme-dependent.

Since you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations: https://themeforest.net/

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
