I have been using W3 Total Cache for a while and I’ve noticed that minify may create issues with the right functioning of the mobile menu, preventing it from opening up. I usually have my minify settings disabled and that is enough to solve this problem. However, I believe that since the last plugin update that doesn’t solve the issue anymore. My minify is disabled both in general settings and in minify settings (caches purged), but the mobile menu still doesn’t work this time. Any advice?

    Hello @antoniopagouveia

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!

It seems that you are using multiple layers of caching. After inspecting your website, there are different headers indicating that besides the w3 Total Cache, you are using some other plugin for optimization and the server level caching:

To confirm this , can you please temporarely disable the W3 Total Cache and let me know if the issue persists so we can determine if the issue is specificaly related to the W3TC?

    Thanks!

    Hi Marko,

I have deactivated the plugin and the problem still persists. Could this have to do with the theme settings?

    Hello @antoniopagouveia

    Thank you for your feedback.
This can be the issue with some optimzation settings in the theme or some other plugin you are using for the optimization

If the issue persists when the W3TC is disabled, it means taht the problem is not related to the W3TC

    Thanks!
