Mobile Menu Cut Off

I created a full screen menu which uses a saved page as the menu rather than just a menu. My problem is that on mobile devices, when I open the menu, almost the entire top section of the page gets cut off, and I’m unable to scroll up to reach the rest of the menu. I’ve tried adding a spacer to the top to get the page to line up correctly with the screen, but that yields varying results across different mobile devices; some devices are successful, others are still cut off.

Is there a way to ensure that the menu always opens to the top of the saved page rather than somewhere in the middle?
