    Hello @ahmadreshad,
What caching plugin are you using?

Did you cleared the plugin caches after you updated to the newest version?

    Hi @ahmadreshad

I have taken a look at your website and it seems you are running an optimisation plugin that minifies and combines the CSS/JS files.

Depending on the optimisation plugin chosen, it might not be fully compatible with the latest web technologies that we use and it will fail when combining the files into one.

I would suggest taking a look at your minification and combination settings and adjusting them.

As a rule of thumb, we recommend using Fast Velocity Minify as the plugin that works best with the latest web technologies and it has been tested extensively with Blocksy.

Let me know how this goes.

    Thanks

Hi and thanks quite so much @creativethemeshq, and @strelok1911!

I do really appreciate it! The issue was due to JS files, and I have already fixed it.

Dear, @creativethemeshq, could you recommend a list of useful plugins that work well with the lovely theme, Blocksy?

    Regards,

    Hi @ahmadreshad

We recommend using W3 Total Cache and Fast Velocity Minify. The latter has been extensively tested with Blocksy and they support the cutting edge web technologies that we use in our theme ??

PS. Feel free to tag me in the future as I’m part of their support team.

    Thanks

Hi @ahmadreshad, I’m also having this issue. Would you mind telling me how did you find and fix the problem?
@strelok1911 I tried, first of all, to change the cache plugin by install both FVM and then W3 Total Cache but none of them solved the problem of the mobile menu.
    Thank you in advance

    I have the same problem

    Hello @bambanx

Have you made sure that you have cleared your cache and regenerated the critical CSS/JS files?

    Thanks
