mobile menu button dead on home page

The mobile menu button works on all pages except Home. This site was cloned from https://novaninja.com/ where it works just fine. Both sites have the same plugins installed at the same version, although many are deactivated at this problem site – https://novaninjaashburn.com/.

Any help would be most appreciated.
