    Hi,

I am using WordPress 5.2.2, Hueman Free 3.4.26, Display Posts 3.0.2.

Currently affected (=tested) browsers: Chrome (Windows, Android), Firefox (Linux, Windows, Andoid), Safari (iOS)

With Hueman 3.4.x I am not able to click the hamburger menu or the side menus in mobile and tablet view. Sometimes reloading the page helps to fix the issue. But when clearing the browsers chache the issues return. This affects all new visitors trying to access the mobile menu or sidebar.

Happens on child theme and on original theme as well.

When disabling the Plugin “Display Posts” everything works fine. But I am using too many shotcode functions to display posts, so disabling is not an option.

Is there anything I can check or do to get both Hueman theme and Display Posts working?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @3fxvreofo4w6aystbfx,

I can’t reproduce the problem on my end. I would recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps.

    1. Use the latest software versions : make sure WordPress, your theme and plugins are all up to date.
    2. Cache plugin : if you use a server cache or cache plugin, please clear it’s cache content and disable caching via it’s settings.
    3. Browser :
    • Check for plugin conflict : deactivate all of your plugins. If it fixes the issue, re-activate your plugins one by one, until you identify the plugin in conflict.
    • User of a child theme : activate the parent theme if you use a child theme
    • Javascript : make sure you did not insert custom javascript code ( like analytics, subscription popup… ), for example in a widget, that could break your site.

    Hi @emranemranx,

thanks for your reply. The problem still exists. I reinstalled WordPress, Themes and Plugins. I also added wp_home and wp_siteurl in wp-config.php. I followed the steps above as always. I still can reproduce the problems:
    – Mobile Menu not working
    – Sidebars not expanding in Tablet View
    – Header Submenu has opacity in Tablet View, but shouldn’t have (set the option in customizr and tried to use custom css, but website shows semi transparent submenu in most browsers).

    Not working browsers:
    – Firefox on Windows
    – Chrome on Android
no apple device around at the moment

    Working:
    – Chrome (Windows)
    – Chromium (Linux)
    – Firefox (Android)

When I disable the “Display-Posts shortcodes plugin” the menues are clickable, but the submenu is still semi transparent. Big issue that I need the plugin to organize the content.

Will check the debug option, maybe I can gather some information there.

    cheers!
